Does it work on every laptop and browser?
This website is a static page at https://smart-tools.in/ — no login, no app install in the browser. Use Chrome, Edge, Firefox, or Safari. If one office laptop cannot open it, flush DNS, try https://www.smart-tools.in/, and confirm the PC date/time is correct so HTTPS certificates validate.
